What is SFTFS?

SFTFS stands for South Florida Tech For Seniors. We are a nonprofit organization on a mission to assist seniors in South Florida with any and all of their technological needs.

Completely free, high-quality tech support.

It's simple. We offer completely free, individualized technical support for senior citizens in South Florida. No bills, charges, or hidden fees, ever.

You can get support from a member of our young, smart, and technologically inclined team of volunteers. They're ready to solve nearly any technology-related problem you can throw at them.

What Kind of Tech Can We Help With?

Anything that came out after we were born!

Cell phones, smartphones, iPhones, laptops, computers, iPads, tablets, smartwatches, printers, you name it!

Whether you need help connecting to the internet, downloading pictures, accessing your email, removing malware, or just want to video-chat your grandkids, we're here to help.

How Does it Work?

It's simple. Whenever you encounter a problem or question with any of your devices, write it down and sign up for our free tech support. Join us in-person or request a call back. You will be paired with a student volunteer, who will work with you individually to solve your problem.

How we help

We offer in-person support sessions at the Mandel library, where you can get individual support for your portable devices. We are working with select partners to bring support to their senior populations.

We also offer remote options, including help over the phone, via Zoom, and using remote-access software.

In addition, we produce step-by-step videos, available on our YouTube channel, to educate and inform about common devices and services.
